Hi Nancy! Thanks for reaching out. While Posture Pump® products were not designed to relieve pain in the knee area specifically, because you mentioned having issues with both your neck and back, we recommend taking a look at the Posture Pump® Deluxe Full Spine (Model 4100-S), which combines our standard cervical and lumbar models conveniently into one unit. You can find more info about this unit by selecting "Neck Pain Products" from the drop-down menu when you click on the "Shop" tab of our site.

I fractured my C1 vertebrae and had to have C1, C2 fusion done. That was 20+ years ago. I constantly have pain in my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back. Can I use this product?

Hi Rob! We are so sorry to hear about your constant pain! We wish you could use Posture Pump®, but cervical fusion, screws and cage fuse together the joints, and certain motion of the cervical joints are not recommended afterwards (you don't want the screws or cage to loosen). You could show your doctor our website and ask him/her if they would recommend it for you. If they have questions they can call us at (800) 632-5776. Thank you for reaching out, and wish you the best of health!

Hi I work in a profession where I'm "hunched " over a lot. This results in upper back, shoulder and neck discomfort. During a recent trip to a new chiropractor I found out I have mod-severe "frontal head carriage". He recommended a posturepump. I looked it up and see several models. What would be best for me? Thank u

Hi Ardyth! Thanks for reaching out. Based on the information you've provided, we'd recommend the Posture Pump® Dual Disc Hydrator® (Model 1400-D) which works both the neck and upper back, or "hump" region. You can see this product on our website by selecting "Neck Pain Products" from the drop down menu of "Shop." If you have any additional questions, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-632-5776. Thanks again!

I have spinal stenosis and a bulging disc in the lumbar area I also have a spinal cord stimulator inserted in my back can I use any of your products

    Reply
    • Posture Pump

Hi Robyn! Because you mention having a spinal cord stimulator, we would not recommend our low back/lumbar products to you as this is considered a contraindication. However, if you have not had fusion/implanted spinal hardware in your neck, you would still be eligible to use our cervical/neck pain models. As always, we highly recommend consulting with your healthcare professional before using Posture Pump® to determine whether or not our products are the best fit for you. If you have additional questions, please call us at 1-800-632-5776 [Office Hours: 8am-5pm PST, Mon-Fri.] Cheers!

I'm wanting to purchase this for my reverse curve in my neck which causes me so much pain. I'm 49 and worried the damage and curve is too far gone to be corrected..what are your thoughts..can it be corrected st this age ?

    • Posture Pump

Hi Kelley! As long as you have not had fusion/spinal implantation, you would still be eligible to use Posture Pump® and still have potential for results! Why not give us a try for 60 days? If by or before that point you are not satisfied, send the product back, and we'll happily refund you the original purchase price. Give us a call at 1-800-632-5776 if you have any additional questions. We're happy to help!
