Returns & Refunds

60 DAY RETURN POLICY. You may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Posture Pro, Inc. within 60 days, and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight).  You are responsible for the original shipping and handling charges and also the cost to ship it back to us.*

  • Shipping/Handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items.
  • All returns must be in salable condition.

Warranty

6 MONTH WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS.  Ship it back to us, and we will fix it or replace it.*

Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ship your order from our California warehouse within 2 business days from sale date.  Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.  If you are placing an order with shipping time constraints, please call our office at 800-632-5776 to determine the best mode of delivery.

We will not sell your personal information to any third party vendor.  Any information gathered on our website will be used to process your order, ship your order, and future marketing.  Your credit card information is secured thru VeriSign.  Any credit card information processed thru authorize.net is accessible only to the payment processor.  Our office does not have access to your financial information.
