Refund policy

We know you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If after using Posture Pump® for no more than 60 days you are unsatisfied for any reason, we are happy to:

1. Refund the Product Price!

2. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us.

3. If you would like to receive a prepaid shipping label from us, $35 will be deducted from your product cost when refunded.

To qualify for this special 60 day return policy, you must have purchased directly from this website.

60 DAY RETURN POLICY. You may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Posture Pro, Inc. within 60 days, and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). You are responsible for the original shipping and handling charges and also the cost to ship it back to us.*

    - Original order form required for all returns.
    - Shipping/Handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items.
    - All returns must be in salable condition.
