Our most comprehensive full-spine model combines gentle support for the neck, upper back, and lower back in one streamlined system. Designed for comfort and ease of use, the Model 4100-D merges our top-selling neck unit with our versatile lumbar back unit to encourage relaxed, upright posture from head to lower back.

Dual EED®* air cells provide smooth, gradual expansion that helps support the natural curves of the neck and back at moderate pressure levels. The Comfort Visor™ gently molds to the forehead (no chin or jaw contact), and the built-in rocking mechanism in the back unit offers a soothing, guided motion in the lower back region. This product does not hyper-extend the neck.

Together, the upper and lower units deliver a comfortable lift and gentle decompression sensation that encourages balanced alignment and a more open, relaxed posture throughout the full spine.
