The Posture Pump® Disc Hydrator® Elliptical Back Rocker™ (Model 2000) is a lumbar spine stretching and decompression device designed to help support flexibility, mobility, and natural alignment in the lower back. The uniquely contoured rocker fits comfortably beneath the back and can be positioned at the lumbosacral, lumbar, thoracolumbar, or thoracic areas to target specific regions along the spine.

Unlike traditional back stretchers that rely on a single support chamber, the Model 2000 features an exclusive patented dual air cell pouch that creates independent angled joint separation. As the two angled air cells expand, they gently lift and stretch the lower back in a distinctive motion that helps encourage spinal decompression and joint alignment.

This gradual lifting action promotes movement within the spinal joints while supporting disc expansion and hydration, helping restore flexibility and mobility in the lumbar region. As the air cells expand, the controlled stretch helps encourage nutrient-rich fluid movement within the joints, supporting healthy spinal function.

The rounded elliptical base of the unit allows gentle rocking motion so users can perform an abdominal stretch or pelvic tilt, increasing the stretch across the lower back and encouraging improved spinal mobility.

For users with sensitive or very stiff backs, the unit can initially be used on a bed or mattress to create a gentler stretch. As flexibility improves, the Model 2000 may be used on a firm, flat surface to deepen the stretch and enhance decompression.
